Reach stacker

The structure of the Reach stacker
The Reach stacker consists of a construction machinery chassis, telescopic arms, container lifting tools, etc. The chassis consists of engine, power shift gearbox, front axle, rear axle, steering system, cab, frame, counterweight, wheels, and other components. The telescopic arm has a telescopic oil cylinder; Pitching oil cylinder; Suspenders and other components. Container cranes have rotating mechanisms, upper frames, connecting frames, underframes, telescopic frames, telescopic cylinders, anti sway cylinders, lateral cylinders, and rotary lock cylinders.
The function of Reach stacker
The front lifting device has telescopic and left right rotating container lifting devices, which can be used for loading and unloading operations of 20 foot and 40 foot containers. When lifting a container, the front lifting does not need to be perpendicular to the container, but can be operated at an angle with the container. After lifting, the lifting appliance can rotate through relatively narrow channels. At the same time, the lifting tool can move 800mm left and right, so as to align the box during lifting and improve work efficiency. For freight stations with poor site conditions, the front crane can also function normally.
