1. The power system adopts a turbocharged engine, which complies with Euro III emission standards.
2. This car adopts four-wheel drive. The engine is transmitted to the gearbox through the hydraulic torque converter, and then distributed to the front and rear axles through the gearbox, achieving four-wheel drive. The front and rear wheel drive can be changed through switches, which has good passability. The front axle can be equipped with a differential lock, which is controlled by a differential lock valve and a three-way one-way valve to achieve the differential locking function of the front axle. This can further improve the passability of forklifts in harsh road conditions. The rear axle not only has driving function, but also has steering function, which can achieve forklift steering. The use of wide base off-road tread tires further enhances the passability of forklifts.
3. The gearbox is equipped with electromagnetic hydraulic directional control, mechanical gear shifting, and front four to back four gear shifting. The electromagnetic valve is controlled by the directional lever to achieve forward, backward, and neutral operation of the forklift. The directional electromagnetic valve is cut off by the attached switch of the gear lever, and the gear lever is operated simultaneously to achieve forward and backward four gear shifting.
4. The braking is front wheel wet braking, with the foot pedal pushing the brake master cylinder to achieve driving braking, and the handbrake cable driving the two handles to achieve parking braking. There is no micro pedal, and when the brake pedal is pressed, it drives the switch to cut off the oil pressure of the transmission reversing clutch.
5. Adopting a gear pump with priority diversion, the gantry pipeline is equipped with two accumulators, which can reduce vehicle impact and vibration.
6. The handbrake and seat switch transmit information together. If one of them is not working, the relay will cut off the power and the transmission will stop. The handbrake and seat switch both have memory, and the control lever must be placed back in the middle position to restart the transmission.
To adapt to the outdoor usage environment, this vehicle adopts a fully enclosed integrated cab, which is connected to the frame through rubber pads. The whole vehicle has good sound insulation, and the driver's cab, hood, gearbox, and engine are all soundproofed.
